How much should I charge to make emoticons?

I've been offered a job to make someone emoticons and they're asking for a price. How much should I charge for one?|||For services, it is a good idea to charge based on a hourly rate.


One basic formula is Salary + Overhead + Profit / Billable Hours = Hourly Rate.


Quote the job (work order) in # hours x your hourly rate.





Median graphic artist hourly rate:


1-4 years work experience - $13/hour


5-9 years - $15/hour
