How Can I Add New Emoticons To Email?

I found some cute emoticons. I downloaded them but I can't figure out how to add them to my emails. Will appreciate any help.|||Go on http://www.sherv.net/emoticons.html and search for emoticons you like, then just copy and paste the code into your emails.

I went to this site and my security programs went bright red reporting the sherv/emoticon site as "Dangerous". Uses spyware, adware and potentially unwanted programs.
