How can I remove the naughty yahoo messenger emoticons?

I have downloaded the emoticons but i can't remove the. I tried everything. Please help, and i have yahoo messenger 9.0|||Uninstall YM and then go to c:\program files\yahoo and make sure nothing is in there or that that folder is not there. Reinstall YM from messenger.yahoo.com
