How do i transfer custom emoticons from one msn account to another in windows 7?

it's on the same PC and the same user, i have created a new msn account and i need to transfer emoticons from my old e-mail account to the new one i am still one the same pc with the same version of msn i located the file where the emoticons are stored and copied them from the folder of my old msn account to the new one but still it didn't work. any ideas???|||hello
