What are some websites that i can get emoticons without dowloading?

I mean the websites for msn emoticons and stuff. They are so cool but i can't find a website.|||MSN has plenty of brand new emotions, new within the last month or so. Have you gotten all of those? Plus, if you're going to use them on your Messenger, you'll have to download them to do so, I don't understand how you expect to load them any other way.
