How do i get rid of the emoticons face completely?

I do not want to show any face on my email messages, it is not professional. Whenever I send a message the receiver sees the emoticons face.|||Your Avatar doesn't get attached to your emails automatically. Go into your OPTIONS on the mail screen, then go into SIGNATURE. Delete any HTML code (if any) in your signature related to a picture or your avatar.
