How do I get emoticons from Smiley Central into my own with my own codes and stuff?

I just downloaded smiley central for the 2nd time, I used to know how to use it better but I forgot. So what I want to do is grab the emoticons from smiley central and be able to use them as my own, with my own codes and stuff. How do I do this?
