How do I tell a friend on msn that she uses too many emoticons?

In one sentence she has about 5 to 15 emoticons that are all different. Most are letters. I'm worried that my computer may crash beacause of everything there is to load. How to I ask nicely for her to delete some or not send them to me? Thanx.|||-Just tell Her simply, "Hey; -ease up on the Emos...-your IM's are getting lost in the Translation! :) ".
